A calendar that helps you stay on track and brings fresh art to your desk every week
This weekly art calendar came to life for a few reasons. First and foremost, it was born out of my frustration with how, here in Sweden, people refer to time not by dates, but by weeks. So every time someone said, “Let’s touch base in week 32,” I felt a bit of a panic. I had not even slightest idea when that was! Creating a calendar that sits on my desk, with the current week number clearly visible, felt like the most logical next step.
The second reason is our surroundings. We live in a very creative environment, surrounded by artists and illustrators … some of whom quietly create incredible work from the shadows of their studios. We wanted to bring some of that hidden talent into the light by curating a collection of their artworks for this calendar. With 52 weeks in a year, there was plenty of space to showcase a wide variety of styles and voices.
So, to sum it up: now you’ve got new, cool art on your desk every week and you can confidently talk to clients in weeks like a local.
Now in its third edition (2022, 2023, and 2024), this project keeps growing … one week at a time.
